At Petite Seeds, we take great pride in the personalised nature of our products. Because each item is custom embroidered and tailored specifically for your little one, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or defective.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us at hello@petiteseeds.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary.

How to Report a Faulty Item

To initiate a return for a faulty item:

  1. Email us with your order number and a detailed description of the fault.
  2. Include any relevant photos to help us assess the issue.
  3. We will respond with instructions for returning the faulty item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Conditions for Return of Faulty Items

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Unused and unwashed.
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping Fees and Costs

For faulty items:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for items confirmed to be faulty upon inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
