We offer a range of different shades, if you are unsure, we are happy to assist with choosing the perfect thread colour for your product.
We offer a handful of fonts for you to choose from; however if there is a particular font you would like to use, please reach out and see if we can incorporate this for you.

If you are local (The Hills District, Sydney), we are more than happy for you to pick up your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with details of the time and location to pick up.
Because each item is custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.
Custom orders typically process within 3-5 business days, with shipping times varying based on location.
If you need to cancel, please reach out to us immediately. Any orders that are already in production may not be cancelled.
